The winners, Utpreksha Somalwar, Jack Yeh and Abhijeet Kumar, will attend this year's Space Generation Congress and International Astronautical Congress in Naples, Italy.
It is with great pleasure that AYAA QLD report the success of its second Aerospace Seminar of 2012. The second AYAA QLD Aerospace Seminar was held on 22 August 2012 and featured guests from Boeing, Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC), Australian Research Centre for Aerospace Automation (ARCAA), Raytheon, Aerospace Concepts and Aviation Australia. In July, the Australian Youth Aerospace Association hosted a series of outreach, education and professional networking events. All three were a great success and AYAA is pleased to see that brief overviews were featured in the Space Generation Advisory Council's (SGAC) July newsletter.
SGAC is an organisation that works on the international, national and local levels to connect university students and young professionals to think creatively about international space issues, and to inject the youth opinion into the creation of international space policy.
